Attend proceedings before administrative and tax authorities for the obtainment of licenses, permits, statements, concessions, registration of trademarks and commercial trade names, preparation of tax opinions, whether at Federal, State and Municipal instances, legal advice in connection with the construction and application of administrative (environmental, mining and agrarian) and tax laws, as well as to the representation at verification proceedings, enforcement of fines, address verifications and review of counter and litigation before Courts of administrative and tax nature whether at Federal or State instances, including Amparo Proceedings in tax and administrative matters.
