Legal advice in connection with credit agreements, derivative transactions, provisions related to corporate and compliance regulations, applicable to banking institutions. Attendance to Board Meetings and the preparation of the corresponding Minutes, as well as to Shareholders’ Meetings and Resolutions. Attend meetings with governmental bodies, including Banco de México, the Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit (Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público) and the National Banking and Securities Commission (Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores).
