Legal advice in purchase and sale and lease transactions of real estate properties and premises, including the negotiation and preparation of promise of agreements and final purchase and sale and lease agreements, title search with the relevant Public Registries of Property and the obtainment of title insurance, as it may be applicable. Attend meetings with governmental bodies, including Federal, State and Municipal Governments, in matters related with Housing and Urban Development, Economic Promotion and Transportation and Highway, among others.
